No. Superstore K is the store and platform, while K-ampaign is the campaign format we run. In addition to K-ampaigns, Superstore K also sells a curated selection of popular Korean products.

No. While campaign commerce is a core part of what we do, Superstore K also

All products outside of campaigns are carefully selected for trustworthiness, demand, and relevance.

Yes. Superstore K offers free shipping on eligible orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Q. How fast is delivery?

Most orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment.

Q. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Q. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Refunds

Q. What is your return policy?

Returns must be received within 30 days of the item’s delivery date, unless otherwise noted.

Q. Is a return authorization required?

Yes. A return authorization (RA#) is required for all returns. No. Returns sent without a valid RA# will not be accepted.



Q. How do I get an RA#?

Q. Which items are not eligible for return?

Items that are opened, used, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Some categories may have additional restrictions.

Q. Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

International Orders

Q. Does Superstore K ship internationally?

International shipping availability varies by product. Duties and taxes may apply.

Q. Who is responsible for customs fees?

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Q. What happens if an international order is refused?

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any eligible refund will exclude original shipping and return shipping charges.

Q. Can I return an international order?

Yes. International orders can be returned, but the item must be returned to K to receive a refund.

Q. Who pays for international return shipping?

The customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs. If the return shipping cost exceeds the original payment, no refund will be issued.

Q. Are all international packages returnable?

No. Some international packages cannot be returned. These items will be destroyed or disposed of.

Q. How is my refund processed?

Refunds are issued after Superstore K receives and inspects the returned item, subject to the return shipping policy above.
