Domestic Shipping Policy
Free Shipping and Delivery Options
We offer free shipping on most items within the domestic United States. Some items may incur shipping charges depending on size, weight, or special handling requirements.
All eligible orders are delivered within 1–2 business days within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery Attempts and Responsibilities
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of a recipient and the carrier is unable to leave the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to:
- Arrange pickup with the carrier, or
- Contact the carrier to schedule a redelivery
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, shipping charges and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
International Shipping Policy
When placing international orders, please note that these products may be subject to customs restrictions in the destination country. While most shipments arrive without issue, customers are responsible for confirming local import regulations prior to placing an order.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and VAT
Customs duties, taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Many countries - including but not limited to Australia, EU member states, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and the United Kingdom - may impose VAT or import taxes even on low-value items.
Important Considerations
- Compliance with Import Regulations: Customers are responsible for verifying that purchased items comply with their country’s import requirements.
- Customs Clearance Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing.
- Communication with Customs: Customs authorities may contact the recipient for additional information or documentation. Prompt response is required to avoid delays.

Non-Delivery Due to Customs Issues:
- If a shipment is disposed of by customs, no refund will be issued.
- If the shipment is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items, minus shipping costs and any customs-related fees incurred.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the shipping charge incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded for the purchase price of the items only.
