Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted.
Returnable Items
The following items may be returned only if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging:
- Household goods
- Non-food, non-supplement merchandise
- Accessories and general items
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except if they arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect:
- All food products (perishable or non-perishable)
- All health products and dietary supplements
- Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Personal-care items that cannot be resold
If your item falls into the exception above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
All eligible returns must be in resellable condition.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue, please email us at:

Include the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items)
We will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Return Authorization (RA)
If your return is approved:
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA)
- You will receive return instructions
- A prepaid return label will be provided if the return is due to our error
Unauthorized returns (sent without RA approval) may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- For damaged/defective/incorrect items: we will send you a postage paid return label.
- For all other eligible returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 days upon receiving of return.
- Refunds cover the product cost only, unless otherwise stated.
International Orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any eligible refund will exclude original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and/or any other associated fees.
Final Sale Items
All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective upon arrival.
